- In the SmartSale interface, click on Find Customer to search for the name of the client who wants to follow a subscription.
- In the search bar, search for the name of the customer.
- Navigate the options below the client profile and click on follow a subscription.
- In the search bar under the Follow a subscription window, search for the name of the client whose subscription you want to follow.
- Double – click the subscription and then elect YES to follow the subscription.
- The profile changes to following 1 subscription once the following process is successful.
