HOW TO ADJUST THE START AND EXPIRY DATE OF SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Click on the Client Inquiry button.
  2. On the left panel, select ALL CUSTOMERS from the drop down menu. From the dropdown menu below, select SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION.
  3. Click on All Customers, then select the name of the customer you are looking for.
  4. Under the Start Date column, right-click and choose Manage then click on Adjust Start Date.
  5. Pick out the new date by clicking on the dropdown to view the calendar.
  6. Move to the Actual Expiry column, right-click and choose Manage then click on Adjust Actual Expiry.

  1. Change the date by clicking on the dropdown to view the calendar.
  2. When you are done, you can close the page.
