- Click on the Client Inquiry button.

- On the left panel, select ALL CUSTOMERS from the drop down menu. From the dropdown menu below, select SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION.


- Click on All Customers, then select the name of the customer you are looking for.

- Under the Start Date column, right-click and choose Manage then click on Adjust Start Date.

- Pick out the new date by clicking on the dropdown to view the calendar.

- Move to the Actual Expiry column, right-click and choose Manage then click on Adjust Actual Expiry.
