How to Specify Additional Information to Appear on Sales Orders

  1. Click on Tools and then click Settings
  2. Under SmartSale POS in left column, click on Personalized tickets
  3. Click on the Sales Order tab
  4. Specify any additional information that you want to appear on Sales Orders
  5. After adding or modifying comments, click on the Save button and then restart the SmartSale application to affect changes
