- Users can put in their orders via any company social media platform.
- The order is then sent to our SmartSale ERP while clients are sent an SMS message to confirm their order.
- Company dispatch receives the order and retrieves the sales receipt before heading out for delivery.
- Payment can either be made on delivery or before delivery. SmartSale ERP does not keep account of payment until money is received.
