HOW TO CHECK YOUR EMAILS

  1. Click on the CRM & Messaging tab.
  2. Select Messages, then choose Email.
  3. In the Email Analysis box, you will find new emails, sent emails, outbox emails and expired emails.
  4. You can alter the time period to view old messages by changing the dates using the from-to feature.
  5. Once the dates are selected, click on the refresh button to display the messages.
