HOW TO RESTORE SUSPENDED SUBSCRIPTION

  1. In the SmartSale POS Menu, click on File and then go to Client services and then choose Suspend/Restore Subscription.

  1. In the search box, search the name of the customer whose subscription you want to RESTORE.

  1. In the drop down menu, choose the subscription you want to RESTORE.

  1. Double click on any of the yellow boxes to select the days you want the subscription restored.
  2. Select the range of days

  1. Click on the green tick to restore subscription.
