HOW TO SUSPEND SUBSCRIPTION

  1. In the SmartSale POS Menu, click on File and then go to Client services and then choose Suspend/Restore Subscription.

  1. In the search box, search the name of the customer whose subscription you want to Suspend.

  1. In the drop down menu, choose the subscription you want to suspend.
  2. The grey colored boxes indicates the dates out of range, and the blue boxes shows the days in the past. Double click on any of the white boxes to select the days you want the subscription suspended.

  1. Select the range of day you want the subscription suspended for

  1. Click on the green tick when done to suspend the subscription. All suspended days have yellow boxes.
