HOW TO UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION

  1. In the SmartSale POS Menu, click on File and then go to Client services and then choose Upgrade Subscription.

  1. In the search box, search the name of the customer whose subscription you want to upgrade.

  1. In the first drop down box under Upgrade subscription, select the subscription to upgrade.
  2. In the next three drop down menus, select the new Subscription service, cycle and type that you want to upgrade to.

  1. Click on checkout to complete all additional payment on the POS interface.

  1. In the POS interface, complete the payment of the subscription by click on payment

  1. Choose the payment mode, enter the amount and submit payment.
