- In the SmartSale POS Menu, click on File and then go to Client services and then choose Upgrade Subscription.
- In the search box, search the name of the customer whose subscription you want to upgrade.
- In the first drop down box under Upgrade subscription, select the subscription to upgrade.

- In the next three drop down menus, select the new Subscription service, cycle and type that you want to upgrade to.
- Click on checkout to complete all additional payment on the POS interface.
- In the POS interface, complete the payment of the subscription by click on payment
- Choose the payment mode, enter the amount and submit payment.
