  1. In the SmartSale POS Menu, click on File and then go to Client services and then choose Upgrade Subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. In the search box, search the name of the customer whose subscription you want to upgrade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. In the first drop down box under Upgrade subscription, select the subscription to upgrade.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. In the next three drop down menus, select the new Subscription service, cycle and type that you want to upgrade to.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Click on checkout to complete all additional payment on the POS interface.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. In the POS interface, complete the payment of the subscription by click on payment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
