  1. Search for the name of the customer your are creating the proforma invoice for.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Search and add the items you are creating the invoice for.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Click on the right arrow (next) button twice till you see “GENERATE QUOTE”. \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Click on the “GENERATE QUOTE” button.\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your name in the “Sales attendant” section \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Click on “Submit”\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. In the SmartSale POS menu, click on “Find Sales Quote”.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  8. Click on the invoice you generated. N.B. Last invoice is the latest\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  9. Click on “Proforma Invoice” to view the details of the invoice generated \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
