  1. Click on \u201cIncoming\u201d from the short cut menus as shown below. This will open the \u201cIncoming Transfers\u201d window.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Specify your period of interest in the date section and click the generate button as shown below.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. From the left side of the windowpane, choose the transfer you want to receive into inventory as shown below. A white transfer listing<\/strong> means it is a new transfer<\/strong> unto the system, yellow<\/strong> means some items on the transfer have been received into inventory<\/strong>, teal<\/strong> means all items on the transfer have been received<\/strong> and grey<\/strong> means the transfer has been cancelled.\"\"<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Click on a transfer to display its details in the right pane of the window as shown below. Quantity received can be edited in the window as shown below, given that there are any disparities between quantity transferred and what is delivered and received.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Click \u201cReceive\u201d once everything is confirmed, as shown below\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Confirm receipt of the transfer by checking your inventory quick reports. Access it by clicking \u201cQuick Reports\u201d, \u201cInventory\u201d, \u201cStock Received\u201d and then to \u201cToday\u2019s Deposits\u201d, as shown below.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. As shown below, the report will show that inventory was received from a transfer unto the system.\"\"<\/a>
