  1. Click \u201cSmartSale POS\u201d, scroll down to \u201cProducts and Services\u201d and click \u201cManage Products and services\u201d as shown below, to open the \u201cManage Products and Services\u201d window.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click \u201cNew\u201d to add a new product to inventory as shown below.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Fill in all the details of the product such as the \u201cItem name\u201d, \u201cDepartment\u201d, \u201cCategory\u201d, \u201cProduct type\u201d, \u201cCost price\u201d, \u201cSelling price\u201d, \u201cQuantity Received\u201d etc, as shown below. Click \u201cClick to load image\u201d, to add the product image from your computer\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Click \u201cextra info\u201d from the lower menu bar as shown below, to add other product information such as barcodes and expiry dates.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. Click the \u201cGenerate barcode\u201d button to automatically generate a barcode or type it in yourself as shown below.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Fill in the expiry date, reorder quantity, reorder point and product code as shown below. They are however optional fields and can be filled whenever you deem necessary.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
